The Bone Box

It’s arrived.

The Bone Box — Our annual holiday gift box from Skulls Unlimited. It’s Kyle’s favorite part of Christmas.

Skulls Unlimited is part of a osteology museum, and everything is legally and ethically obtained.

Kyle once needed some skulls for an art project. And then he made Jaunty (our homemade Amazon Echo-ish thing made out of an impala skull). Now we get this box every year!

What’s in it?

We got two scary ornaments, an activity kit, a raccoon baculum, a deer tooth, and this wonderful skull of a vervet monkey.

She shall join the beaver skull. For what? Only the future knows. I’m sure my husband will figure out something. Or the kids, because they seem really into this now too.
