Travel Preview!

I have two international trips coming up in 2025. One for work and one for play.

First up, Guangzhou, China.

I've never managed to fall asleep on an airplane before, but I'm optimistic that this will finally be the trip! I'm going for a work retreat in February (flying into Hong Kong and then taking the bullet train). I don't have all the details yet, but I'll be there 4-5 days. Even though we work a lot, they always work in some touristy stuff as well. Should be cool!

Then later this year, France.

This will be our family trip, celebrating a milestone anniversary and a milestone birthday. Again, we haven't settled on all the details, but we're seeking out Normandy, Paris, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Maybe swing by CERN because we are nerdy like that. Regardless, we'll see if my HS French classes + DuoLingo streak pays off.
